The solution: My team and I developed a comprehensive CRM email campaign that focused on Recruiting and Engaging customers.
Through a series of emails, interstitials, display ads, and other digital experiences, I pitched concepts and wrote content designed to increase program awareness, assimilate into the Verizon customer lifecycle, and drive revenue.
Results: Beginning as a trial to select markets, the Verizon Smart Rewards program launched nationally in July 2014, quickly becoming Verizon’s most successful CRM campaign in its two-year tenure. Over eight million customers signed up, resulting in millions in incremental revenue.
