Introduce Mileage Plan to Virgin America customers

Alaska Airlines acquired Virgin America. That’s the good news. The bad news? The California market was wholly unfamiliar with Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan—let alone its award-winning benefits. As part of a three-pronged approach, I developed email, landing page, and direct mail content to familiarize and motivate non-Mileage Plan and non-Alaska customers to register for the airline’s loyalty program.
