Targeted messages to a targeted audience

Neebo, one of the nation’s leading college textbook rental companies, needed a voice that could appeal to¬†its varied customers. However, Neebo’s customer base hadn’t been clearly defined. Our solution was to develop an email that directed users to a preference center landing page. Each landing page represented the Student, Faculty, Parent, Fan, and Alumni audience, and reflected the snarky, yet friendly tone unique to Neebo.
